Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 2–3 business days. We’ll send you a confirmation email once your order is on the way.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard shipping within Australia: approx. $23–25 per pot (under 5kg).

  • Heavier or bulk orders may cost more — we’ll confirm at checkout.

  • Local Brisbane orders may be hand-delivered at no extra cost.

Delivery Times

  • Standard Parcel Post: 3–7 business days (depending on location).

  • Express Post: 2–4 business days (where available).
